Allowed only in R-1 and R-2 Zoning Districts
1-2 Dwelling units (ie single family or duplex) would fall under uniform dwelling code (UDC)
Any additional dwelling space over 2 units would be considered commercial and require state building permit and inspection.
No exterior signs allowed.
Building permits required for additions, remodel, etc.
