District Creation & History

The Village's first TIF in 2001 and closed in 2023. Dyer Business Park as it has come to be known by is located on Dyer St west of Hwy 141. It is the hope of the village to bring more businesses to the village.

The Village of Crivitz purchased the Wojtkiewicz family to create a retail corridor to promote business in the village.  To honor our first President, Paul Dyer the business district was named in his honor, with another street in the area being after President Mary A. Wisner.
