Dyer Business Park

The Village of Crivitz purchased the Wojtkiewicz family to create a retail corridor to promote business in the village.  To honor our first President, Paul Dyer the business district was named in his honor, with another street in the area being after President Mary A. Wisner.

One more lot is for sale in Dyer Business Park and has access to utilities, the cost is $15,000 with $5,000 being refunded at the developer upon completion. The village requires a minimum of $250,866 in improvements on the .7 acre lot which includes real estate and personal property values. Please contact the Clerk's Office for more information.
