Fire Hydrant Installation
Shown in the photo above are Utilities Operator Glen Franzen and Assistant Operator Rudi Jensen installing a new fire hydrant on Louisa Street at the baseball diamond. Village of Crivitz Utilities staff are well educated and experienced at performing a variety of tasks that would otherwise have to be contracted, resulting in substantial savings for the utility and village taxpayers.
Consumer Confidence ReportEach year the Crivitz Water Utility must prepare a Consumer Confidence Report to assure customers that the water being distributed to their homes and businesses is safe. This is a requirement of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

Utility Rate Changes Effective May 1, 2009
Due to the recent Well #3 construction project the water rates increased on May 1, 2009. However, the Village Board also adopted a sewer rate decrease to be effective on the same date. Current rates are shown in the chart below. A net comparison between old and new rates for the average residential customer appears at the bottom of this page.
